10 Wins from Going All-In

Since I started mapping out this next phase of my work, I’ve had one goal: clarity with momentum. Here’s what’s shifted:
1. Locked in the direction
I’ve gone all-in on B2B workplace wellness, with a focus on energy—not time, not hacks, just the thing that really moves people.
2. Rebranded the journal
The 5-Min Energy Journal now speaks directly to teams. The new name, cover, and concept are clean, clear, and built to scale.
3. Built a one-pager I actually like
My site isn’t bloated. It’s simple, sharp, and tells the story. That alone is a win.
4. Defined a go-to-market plan
Five pilot clients. Real feedback. Real logos. That’s the strategy—and it’s already moving.
5. Upgraded my digital identity
New LinkedIn headline. New banner. Clear positioning. No more confusion about what I do or who it’s for.
6. Updated my visuals
New brand graphics. A better headshot. Even brought in the mic to signal I’m showing up.
7. Activated my domains
I’ve got the tech stack to support this:
CalnFlow.com, 5-me.com, Get5ME.com, CaptionsCourse.com. No loose ends.
8. Found a content monetization path
Ghost Pro + a behind-the-scenes tier (maybe this one). If I can share what I’m learning, it’ll more than pay for itself.
9. Reconnected with my story
From Xerox to Actionable to India, all the threads are coming together. And they’re part of the offer now.
10. Got excited again
This might be the most important one. I’m having fun. I’m building something that feels real, useful, and totally mine.
